1. The service

The apps are utilities, personal organizers and quiz games, offered free of charge with ads. They work without sign-up and keep the data on your device.

2. Entertainment content

Meu Número, Combina Amor and the numerology feature in Nome Ideal use numerology calculations for entertainment only. The results have no scientific basis, are not advice and should not guide financial, health, legal or relationship decisions. We do not guarantee any result in games, lotteries or betting.

Name meanings and origins in Nome Ideal are informative summaries and may contain inaccuracies.

3. Calculations and estimates

Meu Carro Vale a Pena? and StudyFlow do the math with the numbers you enter. The results are estimates and are not financial, accounting or educational advice. Check your school's or institution's rules before making decisions based on the averages.

PetCalc shows general estimates for feeding, hydration and age, and an informative food list. It does not replace advice from a veterinarian. If your pet eats a toxic food or shows any symptom, seek veterinary care immediately.

Warranty Keeper stores the products, receipt photos and deadlines you enter and sends reminders. The reminders are an aid: always check the manufacturer's and the store's warranty terms and keep the original receipt. Text recognition on photos can make mistakes, so review the dates and amounts.

4. Educational content in the quizzes

Body Facts offers facts about the human body for education and entertainment. It is not medical advice and must not be used for diagnosis or treatment. Dark Facts covers horror, mystery and historical crimes in text, and is intended for ages 16 and up.

5. Your content

Texts, answers, letters, grades, memories and photos you create belong to you and stay only on your device. You are responsible for what you write and share from the apps. Because there is no server backup, uninstalling the app, switching devices or clearing system data erases the content permanently.

6. Ads and purchases

The apps, except Warranty Keeper (which shows no ads in version 1.0), show third-party ads (Google AdMob). We do not control ad content; problems with advertisers should be reported to Google through the options in the ad itself.

When an app offers the "Remove ads" purchase, it is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and applies to the app where it was made, on the store account used to buy it. The same goes for a one-time premium unlock, such as the lifetime premium planned for Warranty Keeper. Payment and refunds follow the rules of Google Play or the App Store.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the apps for illegal purposes, not to try to bypass ads or purchase verification, and not to reverse engineer, redistribute or modify the apps.

8. Minimum age

The apps are not intended for children under 13. Dark Facts is intended for ages 16 and up. Combina Amor, Pergunta a Dois and Nossa História deal with relationship topics and are intended for ages 18 and up.

9. Third-party trademarks

Names of companies and services mentioned in the apps (such as ride-hailing apps) belong to their owners and appear for reference only. The apps are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those companies.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features and apps at any time. We will do our best to announce relevant changes inside the app or on this page.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The apps are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALB Seven is not liable for loss of data stored on the device, for decisions made based on estimates or entertainment results, or for the unavailability of ads or of the stores.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of the user's place of residence, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
