Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy covers the apps below, published by ALB Seven on Google Play and on the App Store (when available). Each app has its own section under item 3.

ALB Seven apps that have user accounts (such as Lucra+, Quanto Paguei and ObraCalc) have their own policy on each app's website.

2. Data that stays on your device only

To work, the apps keep the information you type in your phone's local storage. This data is not sent to ALB Seven or to third parties. It does not leave the device, is not synced and is erased when you uninstall the app or use the option to clear data in the settings. There is no account, login or profile.

Meu Carro Vale a Pena?

Stays on your device: vehicle details, costs, earnings and trips you enter, results and history.

Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not financial advice.

PetCalc

Stays on your device: pet profile (name, species, birth date, weight, sex, neutered status), owner name (optional), calculations and history.

Results are estimates and never replace advice from a veterinarian.

Warranty Keeper

Stays on your device: products, receipt photos, purchase dates, warranty and return deadlines and the stores you enter.

Reminders are an aid and do not replace the manufacturer's or store's warranty terms. Free for up to 10 products; a lifetime premium unlock is planned for later.

Camera and text recognition: the camera is used only to photograph receipts. The text in the photo is recognized on the device itself, and the image is not uploaded to any server.
Reminders: warranty and return reminders (30, 7 and 1 days before) are local notifications generated on the device.
Ads: version 1.0 shows no ads and collects no advertising identifier. If ads are introduced in a future version, this policy will be updated first.
Backup: version 1.0 has no account or backup, and the data stays only on the device. A future version (1.1) may offer an optional backup, only for those who sign in; before that, this policy will be updated.

StudyFlow

Stays on your device: student name, subjects, grades, exam dates and tasks.

For ages 13 and up. Check your school's rules before relying on the averages.

Nome Ideal

Stays on your device: surname, preferences, favorites and combinations tried.

Meanings and origins are informative summaries. Name numerology is entertainment only.

Carta Futura

Stays on your device: letter text, opening dates and, if you provide it, your birthday.

Letters stay on your device only. If you uninstall the app or switch phones, they are lost.

Meu Número

Stays on your device: birth date, results and favorites.

Entertainment content. It is not a prediction or a guarantee of results in games, lotteries or betting.

Nossa História

Stays on your device: the couple's names, start date, moments, notes and the photos you add.

The app only accesses the photos you pick. For ages 18 and up.

Body Facts

Stays on your device: score, record and chosen language.

Educational content. It does not replace medical advice. For ages 13 and up.

Combina Amor

Stays on your device: names and birth dates entered, results and favorites.

Entertainment content. This is not a dating app: it does not find people and has no chat. For ages 18 and up.

Dark Facts

Stays on your device: score, record and chosen language.

It covers horror themes and real crimes, described in text. For ages 16 and up.

Pergunta a Dois

Stays on your device: chosen conversation mode, answers, favorites and history.

Some questions deal with the couple's intimacy. For ages 18 and up.

4. Sharing done by you

The apps have a "Share" button that creates a text or an image with the result and opens the system share menu. The content only leaves the device when you choose a destination (WhatsApp, Instagram and so on), and that service's policy then applies.

5. Ads (Google AdMob)

The apps, except Warranty Keeper (which has no ads), show ads provided by Google AdMob as banners, full-screen ads between actions and, in the quizzes, rewarded videos you choose to watch. For this, the Google SDK may collect and process:

• the device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS) and device data (model, system, language);
• the IP address and, from it, the approximate location;
• ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) and SDK diagnostics.

Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy and its information on how Google uses data from partner apps.

Your choices: on Android, you can reset or delete the advertising ID under Settings › Google › Ads. On iOS, the app asks for your permission before using the IDFA, and you can change your choice under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. In regions where the law requires it (for example, the European Union and the United Kingdom), the app shows a consent form before the first ad, and you can review it in the app's settings.

In StudyFlow and Body Facts, intended for ages 13 and up, ads are limited to content suitable for teenagers.

6. In-app purchases

Some apps may offer a one-time purchase (for example, to remove ads or unlock premium features). When available, it is processed entirely by the store (Google Play or the App Store). We do not receive or store payment data; we only receive confirmation that the purchase was made, which is kept on the device.

7. Notifications

Some apps can, if you turn them on, send local reminders (for example, "today's question is here", "a letter has arrived" or "your warranty is ending"). These notifications are generated on the device itself, with no server, and can be turned off in the app or system settings.

8. Usage statistics

Today the apps do not send usage statistics to any server of ours. If a future version uses an analytics service (such as Google Analytics for Firebase), this policy will be updated with the name of the service and the data involved before the change.

9. What we do not do

• We do not ask for or store sign-up details, email, phone number, contacts or precise location.
• We do not sell or hand over personal data.
• We do not sync your data between devices or keep it on a server.
• We have no community, chat, public profile or ranking.

Because the data stays on your device, its protection depends mainly on the security of the phone itself (screen lock, updates). Traffic with Google (ads and purchases) is encrypted (HTTPS).

12. Your rights (LGPD and GDPR)

You can confirm that processing exists and access, correct and delete your data under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018) and, if you are in the European Union, the GDPR. Because we do not keep your data on a server, you exercise these rights directly in the app (editing or deleting) or by uninstalling it. For data handled by Google for ads, use the controls described in item 5.

13. Children and teenagers

No app is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. StudyFlow and Body Facts are intended for ages 13 and up; Dark Facts for 16 and up; Combina Amor, Pergunta a Dois and Nossa História deal with relationships and are intended for ages 18 and up.

14. Changes

We may update this policy when we launch new apps or features. The date at the top shows the current version; relevant changes will be announced inside the apps.
